Shipping Rates

All prices are in USD. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order subtotal and chosen method.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends/holidays ship on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday ship on the following Monday.

Carriers

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier is selected based on package size, weight, and destination to ensure the fastest, most cost-effective delivery to your address.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package. You can also track your order in real time from your account dashboard under the Orders tab.

Packaging & Gifting

All products are shipped in their original brand packaging, keeping them gift-ready on arrival. We do not include price invoices inside the box — perfect when you are sending a gift directly to a recipient.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship within the continental United States only. We are working on expanding our delivery coverage — contact us for international inquiries.

Shipping Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

For damaged items, please include photos of the packaging and product when contacting us — this speeds up your claim significantly.
