1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your order tracking. Requests made after this window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return, an item must meet all of the following:
- It is in its original, unused condition with all tags, accessories, and packaging intact.
- It has not been assembled, installed, or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.
- It is accompanied by a valid order number or proof of purchase from NEXURA MART.
- It was purchased directly through the NEXURA MART website.
3. Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Products marked Final Sale or Clearance at the time of purchase.
- Items damaged by misuse, accident, or improper storage after delivery.
- Gift cards and digital or downloadable products.
- Custom, personalised, or made-to-order items.
- Replacement parts purchased separately for products not originally bought from NEXURA MART.
4. How to Start a Return

- Include your order number, the item name or SKU, and the reason for the return.
- Our team reviews the request and replies within 1–2 business days with return approval and instructions, including where to send the item.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible, and ship it to the address provided.
- Once received, we inspect the item and confirm the outcome by email.
5. Who Pays for Return Shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns. If the return is the result of our error — a wrong, missing, or defective item — NEXURA MART covers the cost and, where possible, provides a prepaid return label.
6. Inspection & Approval
Every returned item is inspected against the eligibility conditions above before it is approved. If an item does not meet these conditions, we will contact you with the reason and, where applicable, arrange to ship it back to you at your cost.
7. Exchanges
Need a different size, colour, or variant instead of a refund? Let our support team know before you return the item. We will confirm stock availability and arrange the exchange; any price difference will be communicated in advance.
8. What Happens After Approval
Once your return is approved and inspected, we process your refund according to our Refund Policy. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund is issued.
