Yes. All products are shipped in their original brand packaging, exactly as sold in stores. We do not repackage, relabel, or alter any products. What you order is what arrives — sealed and intact.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard ground shipping takes 3–5 business days within the continental United States. Priority shipping (1–2 business days) is available at checkout. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are processed and dispatched the same day. Free shipping is automatically applied to orders over $99. See our Shipping Info page for full details.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with a direct link to follow your package. You can also log in to your account dashboard and view your order status under the Orders tab at any time.
At this time, we ship within the continental United States only. We are working on expanding our delivery coverage. Contact us for international inquiries.
Orders & Returns
We offer a 30-day return window on most items. Products must be in their original, unopened condition with original packaging. Opened personal care or hygiene products may only be returned if defective or not as described. See our Return Policy for full details.
We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery via our support page or by emailing rashidaparveen@nexuramartllc.com. Attach a photo of the item received. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund promptly.
Absolutely. If you are purchasing household supplies for an office, facility, hotel, school, or any business, please contact our team with the list of items and quantities. We will do our best to accommodate larger orders and discuss pricing accordingly.
